We can get you in faster and can help you get the care you need without a hassle after your visit. We'll even help coordinate any follow ups you may need and transfer records to the VA.

Love our primary care, but need urgent care after hours or on the weekend? Check out our two Lake Charles Urgent Care locations in Lake Charles and our Family Physician's Urgent Care in Sulfur. Check in online or walk in Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm or Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm. We're ready to care for you! Plus, you can always look forward to our next day follow up calls to hear how you're doing.
Our Primary Care X-Ray is Always Open
Our X-Ray and radiologist are always available when we're open. We also accept patient orders from other providers who don't have in house radiology available.
